Four tours fill a whole day. The Greenway Easy Day (40 km) is the gentlest, with time to stop. The Forest Gravel Loop (72 km) and the Volcano Gravel Day (88 km) are longer off-road days. The Costa Brava Coast Road (118 km) is the longest, with a seafood lunch stop between coves. Plan an early start, bring food and water for the gaps between stops, and remember that travel to the start can add an hour or more for the tours outside the city.
