Moderate means a full day in the saddle: roughly 50 to 90 km with 800 to 1,100 m of climbing, and no sustained steep sections. On this site that is the Forest Gravel Loop, at 72 km and 1,050 m on pine-forest tracks and quiet farm roads. You should be comfortable riding for five or six hours with breaks, and used to loose surfaces if the route is gravel. Riders who regularly do 60 km weekend rides will manage it, though a short training block beforehand makes the day more enjoyable.
